Right to Cancel
The products we supply are fully bespoke and therefore wholly exempt from cancellation rights. However, on the basis that we have not scheduled your item for printing (ie made printing plates) we will exercise our discretion to cancel a job if necessary.
Sometimes things do go wrong! If you feel you need to make a complaint about the goods that you have received please contact us in the first instance via firstname.lastname@example.org. We have a complaints procedure in place to deal with such issues. Your order will be reviewed by the Production Director and QC Department and we will contact you to advise our findings. In certain cases we will offer a full re-print. All claims with regard to the quality and quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us so as to reach us within 5 working days of receipt of goods or such goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity within the terms of the contract.
Payment - Your side of the bargain
Our discounted website prices are dependent upon placing your order online and making payment with your order. HSBC take care of our online credit and debit card payments so it doesn’t get any more secure than that. There is also the option to pay via Paypal.
If you prefer you can pay by telephone, BACS, or by cheque (which needs to clear before we can produce your order). Simply choose the "Contact Me" option at the shopping cart if you do not wish to pay online when you place your order. When taking card payments over the telephone it is a requirement that the Billing and Delivery address match.
Secure online payments and credit card transactions are conducted via PayPal UK. Advanced encryption will protect your information from being intercepted by any unauthorised parties using a 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) provided by Comodo - the industry leaders for online security.
