Real Customer Service and Product Reviews

We’re nothing without our customers! Customer satisfaction keeps the customers returning and our presses rolling. Customer feedback helps us to develop new products and to improve our service and website – to make ordering simple and our product range exceptional.

As a tool to reach our customers we use Reviews.io, an impartial reviews collection service. 9 days after an order is placed an invitation is sent from Reviews to each customer that has placed an order with a request that they leave a review of the service and/or product supplied by A Local Printer. This may be a simple stars rating or a more detailed written response. We are thrilled to see our 5 star rating and positive, and occasionally negative, comments being posted.
