

A Local Printer Ltd is proud to have been an Employee-Owned Trust (EOT) since 8th September 2022 when the two owners of ALP gifted 80% of the business to the employees. Our employee-owned status engenders engagement, commitment and purpose towards a common goal of performance and stability.
An employee-owned business is a company in which the employees own a significant or majority stake in the business. It ensures that the ALP employees are consulted and have input on company decisions and guarantees that there is a consensus of opinion over the interests of the business.
