Our 'fill your own' crackers make a great gift friendly packaging product. Eco-printed in full colour on kraft, recycled or eco packaging boards and die-cut to size. With two sizes available you can fill your crackers with all manner of festive fun, from soaps and wax melts, to chocolates and socks!
We supply them flat and un-glued as standard but can also supply them glued to size and flat. The crackers open and close with a clever twist action.
Finished Cracker Sizes: Small - Total size 48mm D x 224mm W. Capacity area 48mm x 98mm
Large - Total size 70mm D x 325mm W. Capacity area 70mm x 138mm
The size does not include the glue edge, only the actual finished size of the cracker.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive notification that you have proofs to be approved in your account which you MUST approve before we print! This product is supplied die-cut to size, creased and flat. Please allow up to 10 working days from proof approval for delivery of your boxes.
Adding a glued seam will also add 2-3 days to the delivery time.
Delivery to Scottish Islands, Northern or Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands which is charged extra at cost at the checkout.

The recycled paper we use for our cracker boxes is part of the Carbon Capture programme. All of the carbon generated during the production of this paper is offset by the planting of native forests and woodlands in association with the Woodland Trust.

Useful Information for printing digitally and on Kraft
Our Capacity Crackers are printed digitally using eco-toners. Digital printing has some special rules that you should be aware about - especially if considering large areas of solid colour in your design. Check out our handy tips on the do's and don'ts of digital printing.

What is *Eco Packaging Board?
Eco Packaging Board is specifically made for product packaging and perfect for Capacity Crackers. It is made from pulp from sustainable sources and fully recyclable and biodegradable. It is a thick, pulpy board made up of layers, which gives it the strength that it needs to protect the contents. It is sometimes referred to as a two-sided board as it has a smooth face (a bit like our silk board) and an uncoated back (like our recycled board).
