The adhesive is a biodegradable adhesive certified EN13432 and awarded ‘OK’ compost conformity. Quite frankly, these stickers don't come much greener! There are a number of surfaces to which SATISFACTORY ADHESION IS DIFFICULT. The ones most likely to be encountered are:- 1. Surfaces such as those that are silicone treated, chemically treated for corrosion resistance, waxy, oily or greasy, or printed polyethylene. 2. Rough surfaces where surface contact is likely to be low such as wood, metal, lacquered finishes, cork, foam, open weave fabrics, embossed finishes and unglazed pottery. 3. Moist or cold surfaces such as those caused by condensation, ice or deep freezing. 4. Irregular shaped surfaces such as glass phials, ampoules or spirit miniatures where the label is applied to a convex surface of less than 25mm diameter. 5. Dusty surfaces such as plaster, asbestos and fibreglass. 6. Surfaces which may be extensively exposed to the atmosphere (resulting in eventual failure of the adhesive).

Sticker Printing Design Rules
Stickers can be a bit awkward. The smaller they are, the trickier they can be! Follow the 3mm rule for the perfect sticker. Keeping your design within 3mm of the edge of the sticker lets your design have a little wobble without a disaster. If this gives you a little wobble then why not consider using our fixed price design service for stress free stickers, or our £10.00 Tidy My Design option for a once over before we hit the Go button.
