Printed in full colour on a range of eco-friendly sticker papers for planet friendly fun sticker sheets, including Biodegradable/Compostable and 100% Recycled. Available to order in A5, 148mm Square or A6 sheets; all we need from you is your artwork with the keyline for the sticker shape supplied separately (see our notes below) and we will do the rest!
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive notification that you have proofs to be approved in your account which you MUST approve before we print! These custom-cut tags are die-cut to shape and dispatch is 5-7 working days from proof approval.
Your custom-cut key line must be supplied as a vector or as a separate PDF. Please use the ALP Assistance option under Tidy My Design is you are unable to supply it in this format.
There are a number of surfaces to which SATISFACTORY ADHESION IS DIFFICULT. The ones most likely to be encountered are:- 1. Surfaces such as those that are silicone treated, chemically treated for corrosion resistance, waxy, oily or greasy, or printed polyethylene. 2. Rough surfaces where surface contact is likely to be low such as wood, metal, lacquered finishes, cork, foam, open weave fabrics, embossed finishes and unglazed pottery. 3. Moist or cold surfaces such as those caused by condensation, ice or deep freezing. 4. Irregular shaped surfaces such as glass phials, ampoules or spirit miniatures where the label is applied to a convex surface of less than 25mm diameter. 5. Dusty surfaces such as plaster, asbestos and fibreglass. 6. Surfaces which may be extensively exposed to the atmosphere (resulting in eventual failure of the adhesive).

Order Multiple Designs for your Custom Shape Stickers
Your custom shape sticker sheets will be digitally printed which means you are not limited to a just one set of designs! Up to five designs are included for the same published price - from 6-20 designs can be selected from 'Build Your Order'.
With this product you can have anywhere from 4 to 10 different custom-cut shapes per sticker sheet.
Supplying Artwork for Custom-cut Stickers
If you are supplying the artwork for your Custom Shape Stickers all we really need is an indication of where we are die-cutting each sticker. Ideally we need this as a vector key line in a unique colour laid over your artwork, or as a separate pdf, which we will then use for the custom cut die. If adding or creating a key line sounds a bit tricky we can create it for you if you use the Tidy My Design option. Sticker Printing Design Advice
Please follow the 3mm rule for the perfect sticker allowing a 3mm bleed over the area to be die-cut. This allows the sticker sheet to have a little wobble without losing any of the printed area.
