Our eco packaging pillow boxes come in four sizes from small to extra large and are the ideal product to enhance and promote your eco-friendly products. Pillow boxes are a great packaging choice as they are physically flexible and therefore accommodating in terms of the content. Our pillow boxes are digitally printed with eco-friendly toners on kraft, recycled or eco packaging boards and die-cut to size. We supply them flat and un-glued as standard but can also supply them glued as an add-on option.
Box Sizes: Small 85 x 74mm; Medium 100 x 85mm; Large 122 x 100mm; Extra Large 210 x 140mm The size is measured as Width x Depth and does not include the fold in flaps, only that actual packaging area of the pillow.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive notification that you have proofs to be approved in your account which you MUST approve before we print! These boxes are die-cut to shape and dispatch is up to 10 working days from proof approval. Adding the glue will also add 2-3 days to the delivery time.
Delivery to Scottish Islands, Northern or Republic of Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands which is charged extra at cost at the checkout.

Our pillow boxes are printed digitally using eco-toners. Digital printing has a few special rules that you should be aware about - especially if considering large areas of solid colour in your design. Check out our handy tips on the do's and don'ts of digital printing.

What is *Eco Packaging Board?
Eco Packaging Board is specifically made for packaging products. It is made from pulp from sustainable sources and fully recyclable and biodegradable. It is a thick and pulpy board that is made up of layers giving it the strength that it needs to protect the contents. It is a two-sided board with a smooth face (a bit like our silk board) and an uncoated back (like our recycled board). We recommend Eco Packaging Board for all of our boxes.
