Our soap boxes are digitally printed with eco-friendly toners on kraft, Carbon Capture recycled or eco packaging boards and die-cut to size. We supply them flat and they are easily self-assembled with a clever interlocking design that creates a sturdy box for your soap to keep it safe. Choose from a solid box or an oval aperture box lid.

If you've mastered the soaps you are now ready to sell, the next important item is the soap box packaging. It must protect the contents but also look attractive and reflect your brand and products. Printed with your own artwork our eco-printed soap boxes will complement your products and provide you with packaging that is a lovely as the contents. The recycled paper we use for our soap boxes is part of the carbon capture programme. All of the carbon generated during the production of this paper is offset by the planting of forests and woodlands in association with the Woodland Trust.

Tips for Designing your printed Soap Boxes
Our Soap Boxes are printed digitally using eco-toners. Digital printing has a few special rules that you should be aware about - especially if considering large areas of solid colour in your design. Check out our handy tips on the do's and don'ts of digital printing.

What is *Eco Packaging Board?
The eco packaging board we use is specifically made for product packaging. It is made from pulp from sustainable sources and fully recyclable and biodegradable. It is a thick, pulpy board that is made up of layers, which gives it the strength that it needs to protect the contents. It is sometimes referred to as a two-sided board as it has a smooth face (a bit like our silk board) and an uncoated back (like our recycled board) and gives you the best of both worlds! We prefer printing our boxes on Eco Packaging board as it is designed specifically for this purpose.
Help - I need a different size!
Soap Boxes comes in all shapes and sizes and for this we have our very clever Any Size Any Shape product. All you need to know is the starting size of the flat piece of board required for the packaging you want (we show you how) and then select the quantity and size from the pricing table. We do the rest for you :)
