Our Custom Cut Greeting Cards give you the option to personalise your cards in a most unique way and create a product that literally has no boundaries. Your card can be custom cut on any edge to any shape, or have an aperture added as a peek through perk. The cards are based on our usual 6 sizes so the finished custom cut card will still fit in the corresponding envelope.
Multiple sorts are still available on the printing too, and if you fancy multiple custom cut shapes we are certainly open to a conversation :)
Greeting Card Boxes are now available to order for sets of 10 cards and envelopes in size A6, 120 x 120mm and 148 x 148mm.
Please note! Cards supplied without envelopes but available to order with plain white gummed diamond flap envelopes.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive notification that you have proofs to be approved in your account which you MUST approve before we print! Dispatched within 7 to 9 working days from proof approval.
Digital printing may occasionally result in the toner cracking on the spine when folded. If you are at all concerned we suggest that you opt for a digitally printed sample to ensure that you are happy with the result.
Your custom-cut key line must be supplied as a vector or as a separate PDF. Please use the ALP Assistance option under Tidy My Design is you are unable to supply it in this format.
Top Tip! Single sided means printed on the front and back of the card. Double sided means there is print inside the card.

Multiple Sorts for Multiple Designs
The best perk ever from A Local Printer! Order up to 5 different designs of the same quantity and pay the published price. If you have from 6 - 25 sorts then select the number of sorts you want from 'Build Your Order'. Want to have more of one design than the other - no problem. We have you covered with our Unequal Spilt option. Genius! Multiple Sorts is for designs only - not different custom cut shapes. If you would like more than one custom cut shape for your cards it's all achievable, but please contact us first.
Tidy My Design - help for your Custom-cut Greeting Cards
If you are supplying artwork for your Custom Cut Greeting Cards what we really need is an indication of where we are die-cutting your card. Ideally we need this as a vector key line in a unique colour laid over your artwork, or as a separate pdf, which we will then use for the custom cut die. If adding or creating a key line sounds a bit tricky we will create it for you if you use the Tidy My Design option. Our Top Tips for Custom-Cut Cards
To give you lovely vibrant colour and the option for multi sorts we print our Custom-Cut Cards digitally. Digital print has a few quirks so we recommend reading Designing for Digital Printing to ensure you get the very best greeting cards.
Our Proofing Service also gives you the opportunity to upload your artwork and order a printed proof of the correct size and material you want for your cards - just to be sure that you are happy with the product before going ahead with a bigger order. Please note that custom-cut samples will be supplied as a flat sheet, NOT die-cut to shape. A printed keyline will indicate where the custom cuts will be made.
